At Worn and Wonder, every piece has its own little story, and we want you and your little one to feel delighted wearing it. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry- we’re here to help.

Returns

You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• With any original tags or packaging still attached
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Because many of our pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, we ask that you handle them with care when trying them on.

Exchanges

• If the size or style isn’t quite what you hoped, we’re happy to offer an exchange (depending on what’s available, as some pieces are one-off treasures).
• If an exact replacement isn’t possible, we can help you find something equally wonderful — or arrange a refund.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives and we’ve given it a quick check, we’ll let you know by email.
• Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Send us an email at (your email address) with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll share the return instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and post it back to us.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives with a fault we missed, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund,
